Bike Walk to the Ballgame!

The Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Department of Transportation and OptumHealth are hosting “Bike and Walk to the Ballpark” Day at Target Field. On Sunday, June 12, the first 1,000 bicycle riders with tickets to the game will receive a free gift bag presented by OptumHealth.

The free gift bag includes a “Bike and Walk to the Ballpark” branded drawstring bag, , a Twins wrist sweatband and an OptumHealth reflective arm band.

In order to receive the gift bag, fans should visit www.twinsbaseball.com, print out the “Bike and Walk to the Ballpark” voucher and bring it along with a game ticket to the OptumHealth booth on the Target Field Promenade outside Gate 14 between 11a.m. and 1:15 p.m.

Additional bike racks will be available at Target Field for the event and a bike corral will be setup just off the Cedar Lake Trail on Glenwood in Ramp A.

Along the way, bicycle riders can stop by OptumHealth’s pre-game event in the Dunwoody College parking lot. The event will last from 10:30 a.m. to noon and the first 100 attendees will receive a free “Bike and Walk to the Ballpark” t-shirt.
