We’re celebrating biking and walking all week long from June 9-15 this year during out annual Bike Walk Week celebration. Whether you are new to bicycling and looking for a way to get started or are a long-time cyclist who wants to meet others like you, come celebrate with us at one of our many events throughout the week.

Commuter Pit Stops
Reward yourself with the many perks available at Bike Walk Week pit stops during your commute in the morning or afternoon. Commuter Pit Stops are located throughout the metro on heavily used routes by bikers and walkers. Perks include free bicycle tuneups, free bicycle repair, free refreshments, and prize giveaways. This one hour classroom presentation will help you to develop the skills you need to use your bicycle for more of your trips – including your trip to work. Hosted by Hennepin County Bar Association in downtown Minneapolis.

Bicycle Education Class: Riding with Traffic
Put into practice what you learned in the Basics of Bicycling for Transportation! Take a 1.5 hour bicycle ride through downtown Minneapolis with two certified instructors as your guides. Hosted by Hennepin County Bar Association in downtown Minneapolis
